The Foundation for Jonesboro Public Schools was established for the purpose of enhancing the quality of education and to promote academic excellence by procuring and providing the necessary funds for programs, including grants for teachers which benefit JPS students. All money raised from donations and brick sales go to provide grants for JPS teachers.

Forrest Office Machines is the 2021 JPS Distinguished Community Partner. Forrest Office Machines has shown exemplary support to JPS through extensive volunteerism and monetary support across the arts, athletics and academics. The award for 2021 JPS Distinguished Alumna goes to Ms. Kesha Haggans. Kesha is a 1995 graduate of JPS who is truly making a difference in the community. A breast cancer survivor, Kesha has used this battle to create an organization that supports the supporter. An author and encourager, we are so pleased to recognize Kesha Haggans as our Distinguished Alumna!2021 JPS Distinguished Educator
The award for 2021 JPS Distinguished Educator goes to Dr. Bill Beasley. Dr. Beasley was the superintendent of JPS for 23 years. Always a supporter of the educators at JPS, he was recognized for many leadership accomplishments and was named as one of 16 United States public school superintendents in 2000. Dr. Beasely also funds an annual scholarship in his name to a graduating senior of JPS.Congratulations to all of our award winners!

DEADLINE to order bricks to be placed
by JHS Graduation, is April 15, 2022.
The bricks are being placed on the east side of the Performing Arts Center.
The cost of an individual (4x8) brick is $75 and a family (8x8) brick is $150. All engraving will be capital letters. There is an additional charge of $10 for a logo and $10 for a symbol.
The logo and symbols must be on an 8x8 brick.
