Online registration is now available for CURRENT/RETURNING students only beginning AUGUST 7 and will be available through August 30. The online process will eliminate the need to complete the large packet of paperwork sent home at the beginning of each school year, although supplemental documents may be required based on individual school needs.
The online registration process is extremely user friendly and may be accessed from any computer, I-pad, tablet or mobile device that has an internet connection OR by visiting your student's school if you need assistance.
**An email address is required to create an online registration account. If you do not have an email account established, a JPS employee from your student's campus or JPS Central Office can assist you. District correspondence will also be sent via email. If you have an email, a snapcode has been emailed to you that will be used in the online process. Make sure to have that ready before you begin.
If any of the following have changed, the online system will allow for the upload of additional documentation:
- Proof of Residence (current utility or cable bill, lease or mortgage statement)
- Copy of parent/guardian ID
- Custody/Court Order (if applicable)
- Immunization Record (up to date)
- Social Security card
- Proof of physical (kindergarten only)
Please note: Address changes made online MUST include proof of residence with the request. The change
WILL NOT be complete without supporting documentation.
