Mr. Todd Rhoades, Principal of MacArthur Junior High School

Mr. Rhoades has a BSE, MSE, and Specialist degree from Arkansas State University.  He has 24 years in education, 15 of those have been spent in the Jonesboro School District. In his free time he enjoys watching his son play baseball.  Fun Fact about Mr Rhoades, he is a HUGE Pearl Jam fan!

Mrs. Erin Hodges, Assistant Principal of MacArthur Junior High School

Mrs Hodges graduated from ASU with a BSE in Mid-Level Education (2013) with an emphasis in Mathematics, Science, English and Social Studies and a MSE in Educational Leadership (2016).  Her education career began at Trumann Junior High serving as an English teacher and a cheer coach.  She joined the JPS district in 2006 as a MacArthur Cyclone English teacher and a cheer coach.  Mrs Hodges served as an instructional facilitator for five years.  She was awarded the 2014 Milken Educator award and currently serves as a member of the Arkansas Exemplary Educator Network.  This will be her third year to serve as an assistant principal. 

 

She is married to Jim and they have two daughters, Molly and Maggie, who all love JPS.  Mrs Hodges hobbies include reading, spending time with family, as well as attending Razorback and JPS sporting events.

Mr. Brandon Craig, Assistant Principal of MacArthur Junior High School

Mr. Craig is starting his 20th year in education!  He has a BSE from Arkansas State University and an MSE from William Woods University.  He is currently working on his Specialist Degree at Arkansas State University.  He is married to his wife Bridgette and they have three sons, Kale, Pierce, and Eli.  He loves vacations, sports, and going to the lake with his family.
