The Leader in Me concept teaches Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. These habits provide students with the tools they need to develop strong leadership skills. For the first 8 days of school, each classroom has a lesson on the habits. Students also have a Leader In Me (LiMe) activity time once a week. During this 40-minute time, students develop a deeper understanding of each habit and how to incorporate it into their daily lives.
