ALL JPS Parents Are Needed to Fill Out Form

JPS is rolling out an Alternate Household Income Form that we need all families that have children within our district to complete. Link to the online form is below. There will also be paper copies available at all campuses and the Central Office. The deadline to complete the form is Friday, March 21. ***Please share with fellow JPS parents. #CaneInfo
For the past 10 years, JPS has participated in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the USDA National School Lunch Program. This allows all students throughout the district to receive breakfast and lunch meals at no cost. This will continue to occur and completing the Alternate Household Income Form will have no impact on students receiving free meals.
