They must be able to work with teachers to improve core instruction, align curriculum with TESS components, model instruction, co-teach, and provide timely feedback to teachers following classroom visits and observations. They must demonstrate knowledge of current best practices in standards-based curriculum, instruction and assessment.  Must possess excellent communication skills and have the skills to facilitate systemic change.
