Question: Can you share if this RFP is just for formality purposes or if the district is truly looking at different LMS’s?
Answer: Jonesboro Public Schools (JPS) is seeking a site/district license for a Learning Management System (LMS), a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of educational courses or training programs.

Question: As Thanksgiving is the 23rd and most officers are closed on the 23rd and 24th, would you consider extending the deadline by a day or two? Alternatively, are you open to receiving a digital submission by November 27th, with a hard copy submission to follow?
Answer: All bids must be received by 3:00 pm, Monday, November 27, 2017.  The bid must be a hard copy with original signatures.  Faxed and e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Please mail all bids to:

Can you please confirm the number of students across the district?
Answer: JPS is seeking a site/district license for a LMS with unlimited users and courses for grades 7-12 on 4 campuses.  In the initial phase, January-June 2018, usage will include approximately 100 students taking courses, ten teachers/administrators teaching courses, and 40 teachers/administrators developing courses.  When fully implemented, anticipated usage is 1500 students and 70 teachers/administrators.

Question: Are we able to add additional rows to the pricing section if we wanted to offer optional items for the district? If not, how would you like for us to add optional items?
Answer:  If you would like to list optional items, please do not add them to the RFB.  You may fax a separate page with your completed RFB with optional items listed with prices.
